Kat Bayle

Kat Bayle is the owner of Shirley, a tiny restaurant at Bow Market, that showcases naturally leavened loaves on its farm to table menu. During her culinary career, Kat made naturally leavened breads in a number of bakeries and restaurants in San Francisco, Europe, and most recently at Somerville's Field and Vine. Utilizing local flours and other ingredients wherever she may be is a speciality and deep interest of her's.
