I am a certified Pilates instructor with over 15 years of experience in the field and Pilates reformer Instructor with over 5 years in the field, too. I am passionate about helping others achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through the practice of Pilates. I am dedicated to providing quality instruction and is constantly striving to learn and grow as a teacher and mentor.
My work experience is as a Pilates instructor at Rata Sports Club in Iran, Tehran(2008-2023)

- Creating individualized programs for private clients.
- Developing and implementing group-based Pilates classes.
- Pilates reformer instructor at Bazdam Studio in Iran, Tehran.
