Miranda Aisling

Miranda Aisling (ash-lean)’s mission is to reconnect art to daily life, a purpose you can see throughout her work as an interdisciplinary artist, community organizer, and entrepreneur. In 2013, she launched her book Don’t Make Art, Just Make Something which became the subject of a TEDx talk in March 2014. This message, that everyone makes something, is at the center of her work both as the founder of Miranda’s Hearth and as an artist and community organizer. Since 2015, she has built her own tiny house, Aubergine, as a public art project and hosted the annual BIG Massachusetts Tiny House Festival. She has spoken throughout the region on the tiny house movement and why it’s growing.
