Susan M Lanzoni

Susan Lanzoni is an historian of psychology, psychiatry and neuroscience. She teaches at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She received her PhD in the history of science at Harvard University, and has taught at Yale and Harvard Universities. Her 2018 book, Empathy: A History, won the best book prize in the history of the social sciences this year, and her work has been featured in The Atlantic, American Scientist, and The Washington Post.
