Tin Ying

Tin Ying has lived in Massachusetts, working as an electrical engineer for more than 35 years. She was born in Hong Kong but grew up in Ghana, West Africa. She speaks fluent English and 3 different Chinese dialects (Cantonese, Shanghainese, and Mandarin).

She studies Yang style Tai Chi Chuan, passed down from Grand Master Hsiung Yang Ho, under Master Tai-Chun Pan. She wants to share her experience and the benefit of Tai Chi by teaching the Tai Chi for Beginners course. She is following the footsteps of Master Pan and his other students who have taught this class since its inception in CCAE in the 1970s.
