Effortless Entertaining: A Wine Bar at Home *In-Person* *NEW*

Bring the fun to your living room with an at home wine party! In this hands-on class, students will split up into small groups to transform the CCAE Kitchen into a wine bar featuring several small plates. We will learn to make no-recipe-recipes like marinated olives and a fragrant spicy labne dip to more involved dishes like cacio e pepe potatoes, sausage with chimichurri, and roasted carrots with hot honey, all paired with a juicy red and a mineral-forward white wine to wash it all down. Part cooking class, part hosting masterclass, we'll go over the nitty gritty of having people over, planning, and throwing a party where YOU will get to enjoy yourself, too. Instructor: Lala Thaddeus
