Simply Vegan

We’ll learn how to create quick, easy, and delicious vegan meals that are high in nutrition without being heavy on our wallets. This class is designed to have students leave with all the knowledge they need to seamlessly add more plant based dishes without having to rearrange their lives. We’ll make minestrone soup with garlic focaccia, shredded root vegetable salad, spinach and onion panade, and vegan chocolate custard for dessert. Instructor: Dagmar Smith
