Everything You Need to Know about Auto Repair

Join an experienced mechanic and instructor who can make all things automotive both fun and clear. We’ll cover basic maintenance and troubleshooting ignition, charging, cooling, fluids, electrical, brakes, and exhaust systems. We’ll discuss common problems encountered with any vehicle. You’ll be better able to diagnose problems, perform basic maintenance, and deal competently and knowledgeably with local mechanics. Please note: This is a lecture and demonstration class. Bruce Gerry, aka “Dr. Tuneup,” has been a self-employed, mobile auto mechanic in and around the Boston area for more than 40 years, traveling to people’s homes or businesses. He holds a degree in civil engineering as well as a master’s in business administration from Northeastern University.
