Chinese Beginner Level 4 *Online*

This level is for students who have at least 35 hours of classroom time in the language within the last 2 years, can read very short, simple texts, can communicate in routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar topics, and can use a series of phrases to discuss in simple terms areas of immediate personal relevance. Students at this level will learn to handle short social exchanges, read short, simple texts, and talk about past events. These topics correspond to Lessons 1-2 of the Intermediate Chinese textbook by Yong Ho, with an accompanying Audio CD.
