Yoga for All: Plus Size Edition *In-Person*

Everyone deserves access to self-acceptance, relaxation, and rest. In this six-week yoga series, we will explore mindfulness breathing, prop-supported postures, and variations that may be more accessible to people with larger bodies and varying levels of mobility.
