More Basics: Easy Meals *In-Person* *NEW*
On the first night of this class we will roast a whole chicken (and buy a few rotisserie roasted, store bought chickens) to show off the many meals that can be put together from cooked chicken and cooked chicken sausage. We’ll make chicken tacos, cheesy chicken and rice casserole, BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches, and more. The second night will focus on easy dinners made from frozen and pantry items. We’ll make peel and eat shrimp, up scaled noodle bowls with a variety of proteins, pasta Alfredo, and microwaved lemon and caper tilapia. Come hungry! Instructor: Dagmar Smith

Dagmar Smith has had a lifelong love for the culinary arts. A graduate of Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, she is classically trained, and has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe. Dagmar teaches at several adult education programs in the Boston area, and also offers private lessons both for individuals wanting to develop their skills, and for small groups organizing cooking lesson/dinner party events.
