Vertiefen wir uns in die erhabene Welt der Mahler Lieder! Mit einer Auswahl aus "Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen", "Des Knaben Wunderhorn" und den 5 Rückert Liedern werden wir uns den Liedern sprachlich und musikalisch widmen. Wir werden mehrere Interpretationen diskutieren und vergleichen.

Sia Stovall has studied and taught both in Germany and the US. She was a professor of German for many years teaching musicians, and she has a passion for foreign languages and classical German vocal music. She is interested in sharing the complexities of German grammar and the beauty of the German language with her students. She enjoys meeting new people, interacting with her students, and sharing humor, both online and in person.
