A blended class offering gentle practices that support longevity, balance, and presence. We weave gentle Yoga, Integral Tai Chi, mindful movements, and meditation to help seniors cultivate ease and stability. Each session nurtures calm, balance, and embodied awareness for everyday living, inviting participants to move, breathe, and live with meaning in the second half of life.
