Alicia Britton
Alicia Britton has a B.A. in voice from Westminster Choir College, Princeton, NJ and an M.A. in ethnomusicology from Boston University. Enjoying a multi-disciplinary lifestyle, she is a freelance singer/actor, director/music director, writer, and a private voice and piano instructor. Her students consistently receive lead roles and various scholarships, and several have been admitted to prestigious institutions including NYU Tisch and Berklee College of Music. She constantly reminds her students that their voices are unique, and that it is important to take commandment and ownership of their own voice. Alicia’s love of language has led her to focus on the art of educating through the art of communication —positive vocabulary, articulation and expression.
