Beth Folsom
Beth Folsom is Program Manager at History Cambridge, where she runs public programs and tours that seek to share the vibrant and diverse history of the city and its residents. She also writes a weekly column in the Cambridge-Somerville Independent newspaper exploring all aspects of Cambridge history. Beth has previously taught American social, religious, and gender history as an adjunct professor at Framingham State University, Emmanuel College, and the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Her research interests include seventeenth- and eighteenth-century women's history, and the history of mourning culture and public memory.
