In this hands-on class, students will learn how to prepare flavorful, approachable seafood dishes that fit easily into everyday cooking. Guided by the instructor, the class will make Thai fish cakes, microwaved salmon with green salad, curried mussels, and a comforting shrimp and corn chowder. Along the way, students will gain tips for shopping economically, building flavor quickly, and cooking seafood with confidence.
