Artisan Baking Intensive

Looking to dramatically improve your skills as a baker? We'll tackle artisan yeast breads from around the Mediterranean, including baguettes and battards, assorted focaccia, and the classic pane integrale in this intensive class. Explore concepts, terms, techniques, and hone your skills and get suggestions for continued improvement.
