Piano Beginner Level 3 *In-Person*

This course is specially designed for continuing Level 2 students. We will continue to develop basic piano technique, learn new pieces in various styles, and study fundamental principles of music theory. We will use the Faber Adult Piano Adventures All-in-One Course Book 2. This course is also suitable for individuals with prior experience who feel comfortable playing the piano with both hands.

Marie H. Kurfirtova plays piano, organ, and synthesizer. She began her musical training at an early age, went on to study classical music at the Prague Conservatory, and then jazz at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Over the years she has performed and collaborated with numerous artists and groups. Her experience embraces jazz, rock, Latin, popular, and classical idioms. She has also taught piano and music theory privately and in music schools.
