Summer Dinner in Spain *In-Person*

Summer in Spain is synonymous with breezy terrace bars, ice-cold summer beverages, and splendid summer dishes best eaten outside. In this class, we will make a classic Spanish summer menu including Catalan tomato-garlic bread, ajo blanco de malaga (white almond gazpacho), ensaladilla (Spanish potato salad like no other), Serrano ham-wrapped shrimp, sweet piquillo pepper toasts (parsley/garlic), and pipirrana de Jaen (unique marinated fresh vegetable salad). Our classic summer Spanish drinks will be tintos de verano (sparkling red wine spritzers) and Spanish limonada (white wine sangria). We will end our summer dinner with a homemade prepared ice cream with extra virgin olive oil tortes from Seville. Instructor: Luis De Haro
