I am a certified Pilates instructor with over 15 years of experience in the field and a Pilates reformer Instructor with over five years in the field. I am passionate about helping others achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through the practice of Pilates. I am dedicated to providing quality instruction and is constantly striving to learn and grow as a teacher and mentor. My work experience is as a Pilates instructor at Rata Sports Club in Iran Tehran (2008-2023), instructing Pilates classes for all levels, creating individualized programs for private clients, developing and implementing group-based Pilates classes, and Pilates reformer instructor at Bazdam Studio in Tehran, Iran.
