Dancing into Wellness *In-Person* *NEW*
This class is designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies through dancing and engage in follow-up conversations around overall well-being. In addition to having a great workout, the primary purpose of these classes is to create a shared space for dancing and build a sense of community and belonging. Topics from individual health goals, personal experiences, and self-care strategies will be adapted to those participating. No previous dancing experience is required; everyone is welcome! Cecilia Plotkin is an Argentinean-born dance fitness instructor and wellness educator. Her life has been immersed in the rich tapestry of Latin rhythms, providing her with a profound appreciation for the transformative power of dance. With a diverse background in dance, Cecilia's training spans tap, jazz, flamenco, ballet, tango, and cumbia. For over nine years, Cecilia has been a dedicated dance fitness instructor, infusing her classes with the vibrancy of Latin dance and the joy of movement. Her classes are more than a workout; they are a celebration of culture, community, and personal growth. Participants are encouraged to bring their style, props, and interpretation to the songs and classes.
