Holistic Health: Mindfulness, Exercise and Meditation *In-Person* *NEW*
This class uses a practical and experiential approach to mind and body wellness through mindfulness, exercise, relaxation, and meditation. It consists of warm-up and stretching sequences based on Integral Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, relaxation, and meditation principles. Mindfulness is incorporated into movements; it helps practitioners experience the nature of mind and body through sensations, thus strengthening their day-to-day awareness. Please wear comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, and an open mind. Instructor: Aung Moe
