Aung Moe
Being born into the Buddhist culture, Aung learned meditation at a young age. He practiced meditation under many traditions including Mahasi, Mogok, Ledi, ChanMyay and Theinngu. He has also been ordained as a temporary Buddhist monk many times in Theravada tradition and studied Vipassana meditation, Buddhist literature, psychology, and practices.
Due to back pain, he started practicing Integral Tai Chi and Yoga in 2009 and later he became an Integral Tai Chi instructor. Years of practice and teaching have deepened his understanding of the mind and body relationships.
Aung guides the practitioners on how to reduce physical and mental stress by recognizing early symptoms; mitigating them through relaxation, mindful actions, and mindful thoughts; using the sensational awareness that practitioners experienced from the classes and workshops.
