Integral Tai Chi & Mindfulness Meditation *In-Person* *NEW*

A grounded practice blending Vipassana-based mindfulness, Integral Tai Chi movement, and Buddhist philosophy to support clarity and meaningful living. Open to newcomers and returning participants who have practiced with Aung. Each session includes movement, stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness meditation to nourish both body and mind.
