American Sign Language: Beginner Level 2 *In-Person*

Building on previous knowledge of the ASL alphabet, facial expression, fingerspelling and numbers, this course is designed to continue your skill development in expressive signing, basic vocabulary, and ASL grammar. For students who have attended a ALS Beginner Level 1 class of at least 10 hours. This course requires the additional purchase of a textbook. Instructor: Jude Grauso

Jude Grauso

Jude Grauso is a Deaf teacher who has a passion for ASL and Deaf culture. Jude graduated with a degree in Education and is currently finishing a second degree in Human Services. They are teaching ASL 1&2 at CCAE and outside of that works with Deaf mentorship, private ASL instruction, and is also a School teacher during the day.

In their free time they enjoy spending time with their family and pets as well as hiking, gardening, and outdoor activities.
