Barre Fitness *In-Person* *NEW*
Barre fitness is a low-impact, high-intensity class that uses small, targeted movements for a full-body workout. A cardio warmup gets the heart rate and energy up! High repetitions help build core strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance in the legs, glutes, and arms. Barre is suitable for all fitness abilities. No ballet or dance experience needed. The class is performed in socks. Grip socks are preferred; however, cotton socks are acceptable. Please bring your yoga mat.
