Argentine Empanadas: Baked to Perfection *In-Person* *NEW*
Join a local Cambridge couple (one an Argentine chef who cooked for the U.S. Embassy) for a hands-on evening of making baked empanadas. Learn to prepare dough, fill, and fold empanadas. Students will make both beef and fugazzeta (vegetarian) fillings. While you're cooking, hear about Argentina's rich food and cultural traditions and enjoy a glass of Argentine red wine.
