Alfajores: Crumbly Argentine Cookies *In-Person* *NEW*

Discover the art of alfajores with a local Cambridge couple, including an Argentine chef. In this hands-on class, you'll create delicate, buttery cookies filled with luscious dulce de leche. The instructors will provide instruction as the class attempts two iterations including both the typical gluten-free version and a decadent chocolate-covered version. Along the way, explore the cultural roots of this beloved Argentine treat and learn techniques you can recreate at home. You'll try them with aromatic coffee, like in the streets of Buenos Aires, and leave with your own alfajores to share (or keep!). Suitable for all levels; no prior baking experience required.
