Pollinator Pathways: A Gardening Workshop *In-Person* *NEW*

Did you know the Cambridge area boasts hundreds of backyard apiaries? Become a part of this vital garden network that provides food sources for foraging honeybees! In this seminar for gardeners of all levels, students will learn how their gardening efforts, however large or small, can make a big difference to these tiny creatures. Participants will learn about the regional pathways of gardens that support honeybees and other pollinators, and leave with a selection of native plants to incorporate into their own garden spaces. Students are encouraged to bring garden gloves and a small garden spade or shovel, if they have them. Tuition includes a materials fee for flower plugs, soil, and pots to take home at the end of the class. Instructor: Bailey Thaxton
