Wise Body, Wise Mind: A Day to Reconnect, Rest & Restore *In-Person* *NEW*
When the noise and busyness of daily life get loud, it's easy to lose sight of the things that ground and restore us. This day is designed to help you reconnect to yourself. You'll move through a hands-on cooking workshop, a shared meal, an interactive session connecting with your inner wisdom, yoga, and meditation, and you will learn how to build a collection of mindfulness techniques. At the end of the day, you will be led through reflection and a guided integration. You don't need any prior experience; come as you are.
