Instructors

Luz Elena Zuluaga

Luz has taught Spanish for over 15 years. Luz has instructed both beginners and advanced Spanish to students and business executives alike. Luz is a graduate of La University Pontificia Bolivariana en Medellín, Colombia.

Eva Ferreras

Eva Maria Ferreras moved to Boston from Madrid 11 years ago with her family.
She is a mathematician with more than 20 years of teaching experience at College and public High Schools in Madrid (Spain).
Teaching is her passion, not only because she can share her experience but also she can learn from her students' skills. In her opinion, there is no better way to be connected with the World than being surrendered by people eager to learn.
She enjoys teaching Spanish as a way of sharing her mother tongue and a little bit of her culture with everyone. Her purpose is always helping students to achieve confidence and fluency.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, knitting and crocheting.

Andrea Smith

Andrea was born in Mendoza, Argentina, the land that gave us Malbec. At the age of 16, her family emigrated to Toronto, Canada, where she completed high school and attended the University of Toronto majoring in International Relations. She worked for financial institutions and nonprofit organizations until she became a mother. At which point, she decided to stay home and raise her children full time. Now, with her children all grown, she has decided to return to work but this time teaching her beloved native language. Andrea loves to read, both in her native language, as well as in English.
