Wood Carving Workshop *In-Person* *NEW*

In this class we will carve basswood using a variety of techniques, styles, and designs.  In the first class we will carve a simple, loosely-designed carving- after that you will be free to choose how and what you want to carve.  The instructor will guide you through your chosen projects, using demonstrations and examples.  There will be a variety of sample projects to choose from, or you can find/create your own designs. The plan is for everyone to begin carving right away, and to get lost in the act of carving. New and continuing students are encouraged to participate, and the mix enriches the experience.
