Introduction to Woodworking: Build a Box *In-Person*

Build the foundational shape for any construction: a box! Students will become familiar with typical woodworking tools, the basics of joinery, and various construction techniques. We will discuss different types of wood and what factors go into your choice of material. We will also discuss different types of joints, and both the structural and aesthetic reasons you may want to use one joint method over another. Students should plan on spending around $50 on materials. Instructor: Carl Spagnoli
