Indian cuisine is just as expansive as European cuisine. North Indian food is rich in flavors and aroma with whole spices, saffron, nuts, cream, milk, and butter. Join Deepak, our native Indian cooking instructor who will show you how to make a full dinner including chicken curry, a daal, stuffed green-peppers, together with different breads, and end with a dessert, all the while discussing the ancestry and origins of cuisine from all parts of India. Deepak Singh

Deepak Singh was born and brought up in Delhi, in Northern India, becoming big and fat as he ate his way through his mother’s Punjabi cooking. He started to cook when he was alone in England, before the advent of Indian restaurants in the industrial Midlands, and has cooked for celebrities as well as very large parties. He has also been very fortunate to have shared his passion of home cooked North Indian cooking with many others. While he now leads spiritual tours to India & SE Asia, he is a qualified professional mechanical engineer.
