Cheeses of New England *In-Person*
New England and the Northeast have some of the best cheeses in the country....maybe even the world. During this class, we will sample six regional cheeses that highlight the flavors of the Northeast while learning about how milk becomes cheese. Each hand-selected cheese - ranging from fresh to funky to blue - is paired with an accompaniment from small artisan food makers as well as a few of our favorite wine varietals. We will discuss what makes great pairings to bring out the subtle notes of a cheese. All the cheeses and pairings come from small Northeastern Artisans. Bring your appetite because while it's *just cheese*, you'll walk away with a full belly and a head full of cheesy knowledge. Instructor: Hannah Morrow
